Jan Allardice is an experienced Change Manager currently working at Cera since June 2023, focusing on leveraging technology to enhance the quality of life for individuals receiving care. Previously, Jan served at City & County Healthcare Group from October 2019 to June 2023 as both an IT Change Manager and Transformation Business Partner, developing a Change Management Strategy and facilitating digital transformation in the care sector. Jan’s career includes roles at Operational Change Ltd, Standard Life Assurance, Royal London, and Sky, where a variety of change management, coaching, and process improvement initiatives were successfully implemented. Jan holds degrees in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Organisational Leadership from Nottingham Trent University, as well as qualifications from City & Guilds and Ayr College in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management.
