Sarah Anderson

Head of Customer Success at Cerbo EHR

Sarah Anderson has a strong background in customer success and product management. Sarah served as the Head of Customer Success at Cerbo EHR, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked at Taylor Healthcare Technology, where they held multiple roles. As the Vice President of Customer Success, they led the customer success program and managed team and customer deliverables. Sarah also served as the Product Management Director, overseeing all aspects of product management and development. Before that, Sarah worked at TSYS as a Business Systems Specialist and Senior Business Analyst Project Lead, where they worked with clients to determine requirements and identify solutions to complex business problems. Sarah also led testing activities and resolved issues through root cause analysis. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at PruittHealth as the Corporate Applications Manager, where they oversaw regulatory compliance and managed healthcare reform implementations. Sarah also served as the Health Planner, Corporate Development, managing various projects and applications for healthcare facilities in multiple states.

Sarah Anderson attended Valdosta State University from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Exercise Physiology. Sarah then went on to Clayton State University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
