Erin Green currently serves as the Director of Internal Communications at Cepheid, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Green was the Director of Leadership and Internal Communications at AbbVie from November 2019 to June 2023, where leadership in the development and execution of internal communication strategies was key. At Astellas Pharma, from April 2018 to November 2019, Green led initiatives to enhance culture and brand while managing communication strategies. Earlier experience includes various roles at Takeda from December 2010 to April 2018, culminating as Manager and Content Strategist within Corporate Communications. Erin Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies with a minor in Journalism from the University of Iowa and participated in a Study Abroad Program in Communications at the University of Newcastle.
