JoAnn Kaufmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the media industry. JoAnn began their career as a Production Assistant at Fox News Channel in 2007 and later worked as a Production Coordinator for a short period in 2010. In 2009, they joined Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as a Production Assistant and eventually became an Associate Producer. In 2012, they transitioned to CEP Technologies Corporation, where they held the position of Director of Administration until July 2022. In July 2022, they were promoted to the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at the same company.

JoAnn Kaufmann holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business, which they attained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in English and Business from Villanova University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.
