Shefali Salwan is an accomplished executive coach and HR consultant with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development across various industries. As a co-founder and head of Value Assessments and Talent to Value Academy at CEO.works since November 2018, Shefali implements frameworks that facilitate the strategic redeployment of talent to enhance value creation. In addition, Shefali serves as a board member for the Global Justice Center and is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previous roles include senior talent management consultant at Executive Core and global lead for Diversity and Inclusion at Unilever, where significant initiatives were developed, including a global mentoring program for high-potential women leaders.
