Chris Gagnon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in organizational strategy and private equity. Currently serving as Senior Partner at CEO.works since November 2022, Gagnon previously held the same title at McKinsey & Company from September 2011 to October 2022, where leadership of the Global Organization Practice involved enhancing client performance through an integrated approach to organizational design and culture. Prior roles include Managing Director and President at Global Leisure Capital Partners, where significant capital was raised and invested in the leisure sector, and Managing Director positions at Merrill Lynch Private Equity Partners and Inverness Management, focusing on private equity portfolio management and buyouts. A proven entrepreneur, Gagnon founded Blue Capital and co-led initiatives at McKinsey that shaped operationally focused private equity practices. Gagnon holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration and an AB in Policy Studies from Dartmouth College.
