James Pettem is an experienced professional in digital media and strategic operations, currently serving as Director of Digital Media at CEO.CA since November 2021, where James focuses on developing investor-centric media products. Prior experience includes working as a Strategy & Operations Analyst post-acquisition by EarthLabs Inc. and serving as a Junior Strategist at L'Institut Idée. James has interned at Ogilvy, employing brand strategy and behavioral economics for healthcare clients, and contributed to multiple research projects in behavioral economics, including as a Behavioural Economics Researcher in a global financial decision-making study. James founded Canadian Undergraduates in Behavioural Science, successfully building a community of over 250 members, and holds a BSc in Psychology & Economics from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
