Carlos Riera is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in network engineering and solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Sprint since November 2019, Riera has also held the position of Network Engineer at Ericsson from March 2015 to the present, and previously worked as a Test Engineer II at Sprint and a Network Engineer at CENX. Riera’s expertise includes network design and operational support, demonstrated through a significant role as Principal IP Engineer at LCC, where leadership encompassed overseeing up to 30 engineers in the implementation of Sprint's 4G/LTE platform. Riera's career began at Ericsson in 1999, with extensive experience in network operations and planning, complemented by an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University.
