Jamie Rosenbayger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client service and negotiation. Currently serving as a Negotiator Specialist at Century Support Services since May 2017, Jamie provides training to new negotiators while meeting monthly production goals and offering ongoing support. Previously, as an Account Manager, Jamie developed effective client service plans and negotiated reduced settlements with creditors, enhancing client savings. In an earlier role as a Payment Authorization Specialist, Jamie handled customer account evaluations and resolved concerns with a focus on maintaining positive relations. Prior to these roles, Jamie worked as a Designer Hair Stylist at Artisan Colour Spa from September 2014 to May 2017.
