Emily Murin has extensive experience in customer service and debt recovery. Currently, as a Customer Service Representative at Century Support Services since January 2017, Emily has successfully transitioned to a work-from-home environment during the pandemic. Prior experience includes roles as a Recovery Specialist at AAS Debt Recovery, Inc. and as a Senior Assistant AR Specialty at CVS Caremark Corporation, focusing on payment arrangements and specialty pharmacy billing, respectively. Emily also worked at UPMC in various capacities, including Data Quality Monitor and Financial Counselor, where responsibilities encompassed data integrity, audits, and patient financial counseling. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
