Nick Stiebris is an experienced food technologist currently working at Century Snacks, LLC. since September 2021, where responsibilities include formulating new snack products, overseeing plant trials, conducting sensory testing, and ensuring proper labeling in collaboration with regulatory teams. Prior to this role, Stiebris served as a graduate student in the Food Science program at Chapman University from August 2019 to August 2021, and as an R&D Technician at Schulze and Burch Biscuit Co. from August 2017 to July 2019, contributing to the development of toaster pastries and granola bars. Stiebris also gained valuable experience at PepsiCo as a contractor in Global R&D, assisting in product development and ingredient approval processes. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Food Science from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Food Science minor from the University of Minnesota.
