Jessica has 20-plus years of PEO experience having started in the PEO industry as a sales executive of Gevity. She worked on Wall Street in New York City with Frank Crystal, the second largest privately held insurance agency in the United States and with Aon Hewitt as their human resource outsourcing East Coast practice leader and Employee Benefits Outsourcing senior consultant. She is licensed in Life & Health and has earned her MBA from the University of South Florida, and her BBA from Stetson University.
