Previously held positions include Director of Technology for North America Operations and Corporate Technical Manager at Century Aluminum, focusing on process management and strategic raw material supplier development. Prior industry experience includes roles at Dow Corning, ALCOA, and Votorantim, with a strong emphasis on raw material quality, breakthrough technologies, and process engineering. Dayan Neves holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy and Material Sciences Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
