Orhan Tolu has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, primarily with Century 21 Real Estate Alliance Group. Orhan began their career in 1990 as a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Alliance and eventually became the CEO/Broker of Century 21 Realty Alliance Inc. Offices in the Bay Area. Orhan also had roles in the mortgage industry with Century 21 Funding Inc & Century Mortgage Network. In 1997, they joined Century 21 as the President and later took on the role of President/CEO in 2016 and Chief Executive Officer in 2019. In 2021, Orhan Tolu became the Chief Executive Officer of Century21 Hometown Realty. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in the real estate industry.

Orhan Tolu pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Lincoln University in Oakland, CA from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they enrolled in the same program, specializing in international business, from 1983 to 1985.
