Harold "HP" Pendleton has an extensive background in real estate, with experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Realtor at CENTURY 21 Legacy since February 2020, Harold also holds the title of Affiliate Broker at Century 21, Heritage Realty since January 2015. Previous roles include Affiliate Broker at The Real Estate Company of East Tennessee! and a Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21® for a brief period in early 2020. Harold began the real estate career as a Realtor at CENTURY 21® from January 1998 until May 2016. Harold acquired an Affiliate Broker degree from D and D School of Real Estate in 1998.
