Thomas Moses has extensive experience in customer support and IT, currently serving at Century 21 Town & Country since February 2010 in the Troy office. Previously, Moses worked at ADP Dealer Services from September 1994 to June 2009 as a Senior Help Desk Hardware Support, where responsibilities included providing Level 2 IT support for Saturn and GM car dealerships, mentoring 1st level support, and achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate. Notable achievements include resolving over 150 escalated calls monthly, interfacing with vendors to restore connectivity, and upgrading operating systems. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ferris State University.
