Shah Abid has extensive experience in IT support and system administration, having worked at Century 21 Department Stores since November 2000. Starting as a Technical Support professional, Shah progressed to the role of Sr. Technical Specialist from April 2003 to November 2010, before becoming a System Administrator until April 2013. Currently serving as IT Support Manager since April 2014, Shah has demonstrated a strong commitment to IT solutions and technical management throughout a continuous career spanning over two decades at Century 21.
