Victor Pelayo has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as a Realtor at Century 21 Martinez and Associates since November 2014, Victor previously held a similar position at Re/Max Unlimited from June 2013 to November 2014. In addition to real estate expertise, Victor has been a Carpenter with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America since August 2001. Educational background includes a Diploma in General Studies obtained from El Rancho High School between 1990 and 1994.
