Shauna Gulley, MD, MBA, CPE, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Physician Enterprise at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region since July 2024. With extensive experience at Centura Health since August 2009, Gulley has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President & Group President for the Physician Enterprise, Senior Vice President & Chief Clinical Officer, Group Chief Medical Officer, Chief Medical Officer at St. Anthony Hospital, VP of Primary Care Strategy, and Medical Director of Primary Care. Gulley is also a practicing physician in internal medicine and pediatrics, contributing valuable clinical expertise to leadership initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Northern Arizona University, complemented by minors in Chemistry and Psychology.
