Rebecca Ashmore-Sanchez has an extensive work history in the healthcare industry. Rebecca currently works at Centura Health as the Provider Relations Lead for the Colorado Health Neighborhood. In this role, they are responsible for mentoring and evaluating the sales staff, developing sales strategies, and managing physician relations.

Prior to their current position, Rebecca worked at Healogics, Inc. as the Area Vice President of Operations. During their time there, they acted as a liaison between program directors and trained physician panels and program staff. Rebecca also partnered with senior management and hospital executive sponsors to improve the efficiency of wound care centers.

Rebecca's experience also includes working as a Program Director at Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine at St. Anthony Hospital & St. Anthony North Hospital. In this role, they managed daily costs and revenue, implemented audit and reconciliation processes, ensured documentation compliance, and developed business development and marketing plans. Rebecca'snotable achievements include improving operational performance, surpassing proforma goals, obtaining additional contracts with Centura Hospitals, and achieving the Center of Excellence at St. Anthony North.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca served as the Director of Physician Services/Business Development at St. Anthony North Hospital.

Rebecca Ashmore-Sanchez pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Continuing their educational journey, they then completed their Masters in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Webster University between 2007 and 2009.
