Basava Kumar has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as Assistant Manager - EHS at Centum Electronics Ltd. since March 2018, where supervision of engineering staff and departmental objectives is a key responsibility. Prior roles included Senior Engineer in Maintenance & Utility and Engineer in Utility Maintenance, focusing on plant maintenance, utilities management, and conducting audits. At Shindengen India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2014 to March 2018, Basava held the position of Junior Engineer in Maintenance, overseeing routine checks and troubleshooting plant equipment.
