Dale Greenwood has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. They started their career at Concentra, where they worked as a Front Office Lead from July 2014 to July 2016. They then moved on to become the Assistant Center Operations Director from July 2016 to May 2018, and later served as the Center Operations Director from May 2018 to April 2021. Following that, they joined Sanitas Medical Center as a Practice Manager from April 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Dale works as a Regional Operations Manager at Centrum Health starting from January 2023.

Dale Greenwood completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baylor University, attending from 2010 to 2014. In 2019, Dale pursued further education by attending Ohio University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, completing their studies in 2020.
