Carlos Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Carlos has held various senior-level positions such as Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations at Centrum Health and Senior Director of Pharmacy at HYGEA HEALTH HOLDINGS. Carlos has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, acquisitions, and P&L management. Carlos has also worked as a Real Estate Sales Associate & Business Broker at Monteiro International Realty, where they specialized in valuing businesses and drafting offering summaries. Carlos has held management roles at Benzer Pharmacy, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and CVS Caremark Corporation, where they were responsible for pharmacy acquisitions, mergers, and regional management. Carlos has also worked as a Consultant at Colonial Clinic Inc and as a Perdiem Staff Pharmacist at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Carlos has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Master of Science in Education.

Carlos Rodriguez has a diverse education history. Carlos attended Miami Dade College from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Arts. Carlos then transferred to Florida International University and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Education from 1984 to 1987.

After a few years, Carlos pursued further education at Nova Southeastern University. Carlos completed a Master of Science degree in Education from 1989 to 1990. Later, they returned to Nova Southeastern University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from 1992 to 1996.

In 2017, Carlos attended Weichert Real Estate School to obtain a Real Estate Associate License, indicating their interest in the real estate field.

In addition to their formal education, Carlos has obtained several certifications. Carlos became a Registered Pharmacist through the State of Florida in June 1996. Carlos also holds the title of Consultant Pharmacist, obtained in August 2013, and Teacher, obtained in February 1987, both through the State of Florida. Furthermore, they acquired a Real Estate Associate certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in March 2017.
