Alina Smolarek serves as the HR Director at Enel-Med since August 2008, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Prior to this role, Alina held the position of HR Development & Performance Manager at Commercial Union (AVIVA Group) from June 2006 to August 2008, focusing on performance management, development, and talent management. Alina's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Netia SA from January 1999 to May 2006, such as HR Business Partner and HR Development Specialist, along with serving as Senior Assistant to the COO. Alina holds a Master's degree in Law and Administration from the University of Gdansk, obtained from 1992 to 1997.
