Justin DeLany is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple industries, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CentroMotion since May 2021, where multiple regional improvement projects are developed and led. Prior roles include Director of Business Excellence and Director of Engineering at Maysteel Industries LLC, focusing on lean principles and strategy deployment, as well as Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Enerpac Tool Group, where significant cost savings were achieved. Additional experience includes teaching Lean Six Sigma at Milwaukee School of Engineering and various engineering roles in manufacturing. Justin holds an MBA and a Master's of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, alongside an Advanced Masters' Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
