Wellington Melo is a seasoned educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in teaching and educational consulting. Currently serving as a university lecturer at IESB, Wellington has also been the owner of Mearas Escola de Xadrez since May 2013 and holds the position of professor and coordinator of educational technology at Centro Educacional Leonardo da Vinci. Previous roles include a digital transformation consultant at Nuvem Mestra and teaching positions at Colégio Marista de Brasília and Centro Educacional Católica de Brasília, focusing on chess instruction for various educational levels. Wellington's academic background includes a postgraduate degree in applied computing in education from USP and a master's degree in playful learning from Universidade de Brasília, along with a full degree in physical education from Universidade Católica de Brasília.
