Andy Butts has extensive experience in the property sector, currently serving as the New Homes and Investments Director at Centrick since August 2012. In this role, Andy collaborates with developers on sales disposal strategies, covering a range of options from off-plan to complete local sales and international distribution. Additionally, Andy manages the sales team at Centrick Property Birmingham, focusing on delivering exceptional services to vendors in the region. Previously, Andy held the position of Group Sales & Lettings Director, overseeing offices in Birmingham, Solihull, and Nottingham, and specializing in residential sales and lettings. Prior experience includes a role as Branch Manager at Connells from October 2003 to June 2012.
