Miguel Lugo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Miguel most recently worked at Centrical, where they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager starting in January 2021. Prior to that, Miguel worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant from August 2017 to January 2021, and as a Human Capital Analyst from March 2016 to August 2017. Their work at Deloitte focused on public sector training, technology adoption, digital enablement, and the development of training materials. Miguel also gained experience as a Training and Development Intern at Volvo Construction Equipment from December 2014 to December 2015, where they managed grant applications and designed training programs for new employee orientation.
Miguel Lugo attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business. In 2014, they also attended Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce.
