Ross Gardner has extensive experience in both the technical support and sports sectors. Currently serving as the Product Design Lead - Transformation at Centrica since September 2007, Ross has also held various roles including National Technical Support Engineer, Field Enablement Lead, and Technical Gas Installation Engineer. Key contributions include enhancing technical support for commercial audiences and improving engineers' daily experiences. Ross co-founded the Field Delivery Wellbeing Advocates Network at Centrica, which focuses on mental health and wellbeing support for employees. Prior to joining Centrica, Ross played professionally for several football clubs including Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, and Port Vale from 2002 to 2007. Ross's educational background includes attending Usworth Comprehensive from 1997 to 2001.
