Lisa Edwards is a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience at Centrica since November 2003, where career advancements have taken their from Telephony Support Analyst to Head of Telecommunications, alongside a current secondment as Resilience Manager. At Centrica, Lisa manages 17 critical business services with 24/7 support. Prior to joining Centrica, Lisa worked at HP from June 1998 to September 2003 as an IVR Periphonics Support Analyst for Vodafone Ireland, focusing on IVR support and application development, and as an Information Technology Support Specialist addressing customer computer issues. Lisa holds a Diploma in Computing End User, Information Technology from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, completed in 1998.
