Greg Bloomer currently serves as the Group People Strategy & Planning Director at Centrica, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Greg was the Global People Director at Centrica Business Solutions from June 2020 to December 2023 and served as the Human Resources Director at British Gas Business from June 2019 to May 2020. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Pearson between January 2015 and June 2019, culminating as HR Director for the UK and Global HR Director for Wall Street English. Greg's career also features senior HR positions at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure and Carillion, as well as an early HR role at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service. Academic credentials include studies at the University of Birmingham and Staffordshire University, complemented by wine qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
