Rana Altinbas has over 25 years of work experience in sourcing, production, and merchandising within the fashion industry. Rana is currently serving as the Vice President of Sourcing and Production at Centric Brands, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Rana held the role of Senior Vice President of Sourcing, Production, and Quality Control at Daytona Apparel Group from October 2018 to May 2022. Rana also worked as the Vice President of Production at United Legwear&Apparel Co. from February 2014 to 2016. Rana's previous experience includes working at Gap Inc. as a Sourcing and Production Manager from 1999 to 2013, and earlier, as a Merchant at Gap International Sourcing - Turkey office from 1999 to 2001. Rana began their career as a Merchandiser at Vizon Tekstil and later worked as an Assistant Professor at Ege University.

Rana Altinbas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering at Ege University from 1991 to 1995. Rana then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Florida International University - College of Business from 2004 to 2008.
