Rachael Kwederis has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and publishing industries. Rachael started their career as a Mathematics Editor at Cambridge University Press in 2006 and held positions such as Senior Production Controller and SAP Application Manager. Additionally, Rachael worked as a Freelance Educational Publishing Professional, where they collaborated with companies like Fairchild Books and Rising Stars UK Ltd. Rachael also worked as an Operations Systems Trainer at Global Brands Group and as a Change Management Specialist at Tiffany & Co. Currently, Rachael is employed at Centric Brands, where they have held roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Manager of IT Applications, Senior IT Manager, and their current role as Director of IT Applications.

Rachael Kwederis has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Natural Sciences (Mathematics and Anthropology) from Durham University.
