Tracey Smith

Onboarding Specialist at Centria Healthcare

Tracey Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tracey started their career in 2001 as a Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy, where they worked until 2018. During their time there, they also held the position of Operations Manager and was responsible for managing store operations.

In 2018, Tracey joined Kroger as a Human Resources Manager and later took on the role of Operations Manager. Tracey worked at Kroger until 2020.

After leaving Kroger, Tracey joined CVS Pharmacy again in 2020 as a Store Manager. Tracey held this position until 2022, when they moved to Centria Healthcare to work as an Onboarding Specialist.

Currently, Tracey is employed at CVS Health as an Operations Manager in the Rx department.

Tracey Smith earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Later on, they pursued further education at Henry Ford College from 2023 to 2025, obtaining an Associate's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
