Timothy Yeager has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 at Firestone Walker Brewing Company where they worked as a Beer Revolutionary, promoting craft beer through tasting events. In 2010, they transitioned to Morris School District, serving as a 5th grade student teacher, providing differentiated instruction to a diverse student population. In 2011, they joined Fred S. Keller School as a Teacher, where they provided individualized education to students diagnosed with autism and also mentored student and credentialed teachers. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Teachers College, Columbia University, teaching Applied Behavior Analysis.

In 2014, Timothy took on multiple roles at Behavioral Sciences Institute, serving as the Executive Director and Clinical Director simultaneously.
