Mike Fazzolari is a seasoned professional in valuation services, currently serving as the Director of Centri Valuation Services at Centri Business Consulting, LLC since February 2021. In this role, Mike leads the advisory team focusing on 409a/stock compensation, portfolio valuation, and business valuation for management planning, among other areas. Previous experiences include positions at KPMG US and EyeLock, where Mike managed business modeling and project management efforts, respectively. Mike began a career in finance as an analyst with Jefferies & Company and has held various valuation and financial analyst roles across notable firms. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University.
