Heather Hernandez's work experience begins with their current role as an IT Manager at centrexIT, which they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a System Administrator and IT Solutions Specialist at Fruth Group from July 2018 to February 2022. Before that, they were a Managed Services Technician at Trapp Technology from June 2016 to July 2018. Heather also held positions as a Service Operations Technical Analyst at Brinkster Communications Corporation from September 2015 to May 2016, a Help Desk Engineer at BestIT from June 2015 to September 2015, and a Webmaster at Terri's Consign & Design from March 2014 to June 2015.

Heather Hernandez completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University, from 2012 to 2014. Heather went on to pursue a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Graphic Information Technology at the same university, from 2015 to 2016. Recently, in 2020, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology and Online Instruction from Liberty University. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a certification in Learning Canvas from LinkedIn in August 2020.
