Austin Watkins has over 18 years of work experience. Austin started their career at Umax Technologies, where they served as the Director of Technical Support and Customer Service for five years. Afterwards, they joined Ze-Net as a Lead Install Technician, responsible for pre-configuring and installing converged networks for hotels across the US. Austin also monitored and provided remote support for over 97 hotel networks using Nagios. Currently, they are employed at Centre Technologies as a Technical Account Manager.
