Marie-France Vaillant is a seasoned professional in the field of nutrition and clinical dietetics. Currently serving as the Lead for the Centre Référent des Troubles du Comportement Alimentaire Arc Alpin TC3A at CHU Grenoble Alpes since April 2021, Vaillant has also been the President of the Comité des CLANs et Délégués Régionaux at SFNCM since December 2017. Previous roles include Project Manager in clinical research at Université Grenoble Alpes - CHU Grenoble Alpes from February 2017 to December 2021, and Clinical Dietitian at CHU Grenoble Alpes from September 1996 to February 2017, in addition to a position as a Hospital Dietitian at GH Cochin - Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris from September 1992 to August 1996. Vaillant holds a Master's degree in Sciences de l'éducation from Université Pierre Mendès-France and a Ph.D. in Sociology from Laboratoire PACTE.
