Jean Hiquet is a specialized forensic physician currently serving as the Chef de service for both the Unit¨¦ Mobile Femmes Victimes de Violences and the Unit¨¦ M¨¦dico-Judiciaire at the Centre Hospitalier de Pau since October 2018. Additionally, Jean Hiquet is a member of the board of directors at the Soci¨¦t¨¦ Fran?aise de M¨¦decine L¨¦gale et d'Expertises M¨¦dicales and acts as an expert judiciaire for the Cour d¡¯appel de Pau and the Cour d¡¯appel de Bordeaux. In collaboration with the Minist¨¨re de la Justice, Jean Hiquet participates in various working groups focused on domestic violence and victim support mechanisms. Jean Hiquet also contributes to the academic community as a lecturer at the Universit¨¦ de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour. With extensive experience at CHU de Bordeaux prior to current roles, Jean Hiquet holds multiple degrees, including a Docteur en m¨¦decine from Universit¨¦ de Poitiers and further qualifications in health law, forensic imaging, and medical expertise in bodily harm.
