Shreya Patel is a Communications Coordinator at CSIO - Centre for Study of Insurance Operations, specializing in effective communication strategies since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Branch Operations Administrator at BMO Nesbitt Burns, where Shreya supervised daily operational workflows to enhance branch activities and meet client service needs. Shreya also held leadership roles, including Director of Corporate Relations for Goodman Business Students' Association and Vice President of Internal & External Affairs for Brock Economics Student Association. Additional experience includes a supervisory position at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill, and an Accounting Assistant role at Trivedi & Associates Inc., where Shreya managed various accounting tasks and supported the Account Supervisor. Shreya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business from Brock University, completed in 2021.
