Dominika Panszczyk is an accomplished Employment Specialist at the Centre for Skills Development since April 2022, following a significant tenure as Employer Liaison at the YMCA of Greater Toronto from January 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included case management and establishing employment opportunities for clients. Previous experience includes roles as an Employment Counsellor focusing on individualized service plans and as an Administrative Representative managing appointments and confidential information. Early in their career, Dominika worked as a Travel Agent at Piast Travel Inc. and holds a Master's degree in Tourism, Travel, Recreation and Hotel Management from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Bronisława Czecha w Krakowie, completed from 1995 to 2000.
