Garima Rautela is a Senior Research Investigator at the Centre for Chronic Disease Control, with experience spanning over a decade in public health research. Since October 2017, Garima has been leading projects such as the seroprevalence study of SARS-CoV2 among individuals with diabetes and hypertension. Prior roles include Research Associate at the Public Health Foundation of India, where coordination of the CARRS-Surveillance Study took place, and earlier positions involving significant contributions to various health-related projects, including the DHANI randomized controlled trial. Garima has extensive expertise in study coordination, grant writing, and securing ethical approvals. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition from Delhi University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Diabetes Education from the Indian Diabetes Federation.
