Alain Gras has extensive experience in economic and financial control, currently serving as Responsable de la mission Fondations d'utilité publique et fonds de pérennité at CGefi since July 2016, overseeing the regulation of public utility foundations. Previously, Alain held various roles at the Ministries of Economy and Finance, including Chef du service de l'environnement professionnel, Sous-directeur services et réseaux at DGCCRF, and numerous positions related to consumer protection and regulatory policy. Additionally, Alain contributes as a member of the board of directors at the Centre des monuments nationaux and provides support for the interministerial coordination of thermalism and mountain tourism. Alain's educational background includes a Maîtrise in public law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a professional internship at the Conseil d'Etat.
