Natalie brings over twenty years of human resources leadership to our team and joins CentralSquare after serving as CHRO at Gainwell Technologies. She has led successful human resources programs across several industries and diverse business models. Highlights include restructuring bonus plans at all levels to incentivize top performers, creating employee policies that streamline workflows, and developing benefit plans that improve employee satisfaction while delivering significant savings.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL, and a master’s degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
