Amalia Lumia is an experienced brand manager in the dairy sector, currently working at Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.A. since June 2003, and also serving as a brand manager at Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. Spa. Amalia has a solid background in quality control, having worked as an inspector at ELAH DUFOUR SPA and Eutourist New Srl, as well as providing external consulting for food safety systems and hygiene inspections. Educational qualifications include a degree in food science and technology from the University of Catania and advanced studies in food defense and environmental health from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Amalia is a member of the Order of Agronomists and Forest Doctors of the Province of Turin.
