Zakaria Najhi has over two decades of experience in information systems and human resources solutions. Currently serving as an IS Business Solution Analyst HR at Centrale Danone since August 2006, Zakaria manages HR project initiatives utilizing applications like HRACCESS, eTemptation, and OPTITIME, along with overseeing the implementation of SUCCESS FACTORS at a group level, employing Agile Scrum methodologies. Previously, Zakaria held the position of AS/400 System Administrator, responsible for the administration of high-availability AS/400 systems, project management, and automation strategies. Prior experience includes serving as IT Manager at La Cellulose du Maroc, where Zakaria successfully implemented an HRIS and Time Management solutions. Zakaria holds a qualified training degree in computer engineering from the Faculté des Sciences et Techniques Mohammedia and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Techniques/Information Processing from the Université de sciences de Casablanca.
