Ricardo Tribaldos Hernández is a seasoned software engineer currently working at Central (YC S24) since April 2024, with a robust background in full stack development acquired during a tenure at Registro Publico de Panama from June 2012 to March 2024. Ricardo has independently overseen the complete development life cycle of various systems, highlighting an HR administration system that manages payroll and leave processes. Prior experience includes a role as a financial advisor, successfully leading a revenue-increasing project, and working as a full stack developer at Intermaritime Certification Services, where Ricardo designed a RESTful API for document generation. As a founder of Rick's from 2013 to 2020, responsibilities encompassed accounting and inventory management. Earlier, an advisor role at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas involved enhancing Panama's Doing Business rating and collaborating with McKinsey&Co, alongside a consultancy stint at Banco Nacional de Costa Rica focusing on performance management models. Ricardo holds an MBA from INCAE Business School and a BS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
