Rob Aceto has a diverse background in financial planning and analysis. Rob is currently the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Central Valley, where they provide financial and analytical support to the management team and assists the CFO with driving strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Rob worked as a Financial Senior Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where they provided budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, analysis, and decision support. Rob also played a key role in the financial management of a large SaaS Human Resource ERP system implementation and implemented streamlined processes for cost analysis. Earlier in their career, Rob held positions such as Budgeting & Forecasting Reporting Manager at Bank of the West, FP&A Manager at Arch Mortgage Insurance Company, and Senior Financial Planning Analyst at The PMI Group. In these roles, they were responsible for critical assessments of budget and forecasting processes, developing strategic plans and annual budgets, and operating financial forecasting models.
