Bradley Perkins, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineer Manager I at Central Utah Water Conservancy District since January 2020. Prior to this role, Bradley worked as a Project Engineer at Horrocks Engineers from January 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included leading water and wastewater projects, notably the offsite infrastructure for the new USCF prison in Salt Lake City. From January 2008 to January 2018, Bradley was a Project Engineer at J-U-B Engineers, Inc., focusing on hydraulic modeling, project management, and environmental compliance across various agricultural and municipal projects. Bradley holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed in 2011 and 2009, respectively.
